Bleu Melon

Welcome to the Bleu-Melon Poetry and Story Series Begun in Fall, 2004!
| Of the image inspiration depicted above may I volunteer an awareness of how it sprouts suddenly one summer afternoon in the early heat of an Arizona June while shopping at a local farmer's market with a friend. Since the name of that market is also Sprouts, 'sprouts' seems a most fitting term, indeed. Images always manage to germinate this way, and, of such an instant, render in fruition and kind certain psychic soil. Indeed, one may consider images fulfill resonances much in the same way dream renders world. While in likeness, an expressed soul-making will also quite as suddenly vanish every bit as instantaneously as it necessarily appears. Shortly, you will begin discovering the Bleu-Melon narratives and poems, memoir and reflections in this series are imaginal interweaves of stories unfolding in life a hidden and enfolded life in such stories. Themed loosely around a seed mythos poeting on its own terms, these works stitch loosely together in composite with a post modern epic seriality of mythopoeic flounce and flux and break and bounce bursting through at times in scholarship and wonder-lust while best of all, and at all times best seen through with an underworld sort of myth-cthonic melon melody—because blue is the hue of image. |
